At O'somee.com we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Final sale items

    • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

    • Gift cards

Return Process

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider.
