RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY – O’SOMEE

At O’Somee.com, we maintain strict quality and handling standards. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


RETURNS POLICY (STRICT)

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery ONLY.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

    • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or stains

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.


RETURN PROCESS

  • To request a return, email us at[ nazersingh1933@gmail.com]within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Reason for return

Returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted.

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.


REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are issued ONLY if:

    • The item is defective, OR

    • You received the wrong item

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Important:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply at our discretion

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are NOT guaranteed and depend on stock availability.

  • If approved, customers must cover all shipping costs.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

  • You must report any damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period will be automatically rejected.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped, O’SOMEE is NOT responsible for:

    • Delays caused by couriers

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.


FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER

  • If a package is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Failure to collect

The customer must pay re-shipping fees.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
